Seasonal Brew
Dear Patrons and lovers of all things brewed, sorry for the shortage of beer at the present time. Due to increased production/consumption of beer again this year (thanks, by the way) and delays on getting some of this years hop supplies, I am about two weeks behind on brewing some of our favorite beers. Not to worry, hops are arriving weekly now and I am brewing and tapping beer as fast as possible.

Where is Your "Firkin" Beer?
Fresh Cask Conditioned Beer. Beer removed after fermentation but while the yeast is still somewhat active. The beer is dry-hopped (hops added after fermentation) and a small amount of sugar is added so that the yeast will consume the sugar and create carbonation. Then the beer is cold cellared so the beer can condition.
We only server firkins on Thursday night! So make sure you are here early!!
This week's Firkin is dry hopped pale ale.
